looking for a HRIS Analyst. The goal is for this person to support day-to-day items for their Paycom and Paylocity instance. Duties include assisting in daily transactions, resolving data, workflow and integration issues. They would ideally look to keep the person on for their SuccessFactors implementation, any experience with SF ECP would be a big plus.
Musts:
Experience with Paycom and Paylocity (HRIS Analyst). Paycom experience is most important to them
Excel, PowerBI and Word.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate as Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) and point of contact for Paycom and Paylocity questions and configuration needs.
Assist with assessing upcoming system releases for enhancements and new functionality. Assist in the testing, deployment, and optimization of these releases.
Manage user security access and ensure compliance with SOX and established data governance standards and controls.
Monitor daily HR system transactions and interfaces to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data, workflow, and integration issues in a timely manner.
Provide reporting support to the Human Resources, Finance and other departments, as needed.
Document system design and processes for the training, reference, and education of employees on processes and system functionality. Assist with train-the-trainer sessions.
Prepare and maintain migration documentation, mapping files, validation results, process notes, and cutover support materials for implementation activities.
Perform data audits, cleansing, reconciliation, and pre- and post-conversion validation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity of employee data.
Support test planning and execution, including system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect tracking for enhancements and implementation milestones.
Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to support implementation activities, issue resolution, configuration validation, and go-live readiness.
