Cybersecurity Engineer

Hiring: W2 Candidates Only

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement security architectures and controls

• Monitor systems for security breaches and suspicious activity

• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing

• Investigate and respond to security incidents

• Implement and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security

• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory standards

• Conduct risk assessments and security audits

• Work with DevOps and application teams to integrate security by design

• Maintain security documentation and incident reports

• Stay updated on emerging threats and security trends

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of network security concepts

• Security tools: SIEM (Splunk, QRadar), IDS/IPS, EDR

• Firewalls & VPNs: Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco

• Operating Systems: Linux, Windows

• Cloud Security: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform security services

• Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Vulnerability tools: Nessus, Qualys, Burp Suite

• Encryption, PKI, SSL/TLS

• Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell
