Operations Executive

 

Location: Chantilly

Description:

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support employee operations and office administration across our US offices. The ideal candidate will manage employee onboarding, workforce compliance coordination, travel logistics, and day-to-day office operations while ensuring smooth administrative and regulatory processes. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, vendors, and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end employee onboarding activities including employment eligibility verification, benefits enrollment and IT equipment coordination

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable employment and regulatory requirements

  • Track key legal documentation timelines and support renewal and compliance processes as required

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding onboarding, operational policies, travel, and documentation-related queries

  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements including bookings, schedule changes, and expense reconciliation

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations including facilities management, access control, asset management and infrastructure support

  • Work closely with IT and administrative teams to ensure smooth workplace operations across office locations

  • Support workplace safety and operational compliance aligned with federal and state regulations

  • Maintain accurate documentation and support internal audits and compliance reviews as needed

Requirements:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in operations, HR coordination, office administration, or workforce operations roles

  • Experience supporting employee onboarding and compliance-related processes in a corporate environment

  • Strong organizational and documentation management skills with high attention to detail

  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including employees, vendors, and external partners

  • Experience managing travel coordination and office administration activities is preferred

  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion

  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
