Salary: $65.00 USD Hourly - $80.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager for a 12 month + contract.

Medical device or other highly regulated industry experience is preferred.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support EUMDR regulatory compliance initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making across purchasing and manufacturing operations. In this role, you will analyze component run-out timelines, coordinate with buyers and suppliers, and ensure alignment between material availability and production plans. You will work cross-functionally to maintain compliance, improve visibility, and support operational continuity in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Track and analyze component run-out dates related to EUMDR regulatory requirements across multiple product lines.
  • Partner with buyers, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support planning and compliance activities.
  • Monitor material lifecycle risks and escalate issues impacting supply continuity or regulatory timelines.
  • Support project coordination activities, including documentation, status tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Leverage Excel and SAP ECC to extract, validate, and analyze data for operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy, streamline workflows, and enhance visibility across purchasing and manufacturing.


Minimum Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, supply chain, purchasing, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, data analysis)
  • SAP ECC experience would be a plus.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, aerospace, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with EUMDR or other regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Background in electromechanical assembly environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into operational recommendations.
