Your New Role

  • Lead Human Resources administration, employee support, and daily office operations

  • Coordinate employee benefits administration, enrollments, and HR documentation

  • Maintain employee records and support HR compliance initiatives

  • Manage office operations and administrative workflows

  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

  • Support payroll administration and employee documentation

  • Coordinate communication between office staff, field employees, and company leadership

  • Manage annual licensing, certifications, and regulatory reporting

  • Oversee DOT compliance and fleet documentation

  • Administer apprenticeship program documentation

  • Coordinate workers\' compensation claims and return-to-work documentation

  • Manage motor vehicle accident reporting and investigations

  • Oversee drug and alcohol compliance programs

  • Coordinate employee benefits and commercial insurance renewals

  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and office efficiency

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Office Management, Administrative Leadership, or a related role

  • Experience with employee relations and Human Resources administration

  • Knowledge of employee benefits administration and HR compliance

  • Experience managing office operations and administrative teams

  • Understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general office financial processes

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word

  • Experience using office management software, HRIS, or payroll systems

  • Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Leadership and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in the electrical, construction, HVAC, plumbing, or skilled trades industry is preferred

  • Familiarity with DOT compliance, fleet management, licensing, regulatory reporting, or insurance documentation is preferred
