Instructional trainer, Designer IT Help desk operations 68404
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Design Lead to support an AI & Emerging Technology workstream by designing and delivering a comprehensive AI and automation literacy program for agency staff. This role requires strong expertise in curriculum development, technical training delivery, and creating both web-based and instructor-led learning assets.
The ideal candidate will bring experience developing training programs, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to design scalable learning solutions, including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, and reusable training materials.
Experience working with Microsoft-based environments and building training within online platforms or LMS systems is essential. Exposure to AI literacy, automation tools, or digital enablement initiatives-especially within public-sector or education environments-is highly preferred.
In this role, you will take ownership of designing and developing an end-to-end AI and automation literacy program. This includes creating structured learning pathways, mandatory and advanced training modules, and governance-aligned content covering responsible AI usage, privacy, and security.
