Business Analyst Software Application, State Government 68402
We have an immediate opportunity for a Business Analyst Software Application, State Government. This role requires deep expertise in requirements elicitation, SDLC processes, business process re-engineering, and UX-driven documentation (user stories, use cases, wireframes).
The ideal candidate will bring business analysis experience, along with exposure to AI/Automation concepts to support feasibility assessments and innovation initiatives within education systems.
Prior State government education agency preferred and familiarity with tools like Jira and Modern Requirements will be highly valued. Exposure to K-12 instructional materials, procurement processes, or PowerAutomate is a plus.
In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation throughout the SDLC. You will support AI and automation initiatives by helping define use cases, assess value, and contribute to governance and risk alignment efforts.
You will also manage requirement traceability, support UAT coordination, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
