Salesforce Business Analyst Experience Cloud & Salesforce Administration - 68360
Pay Rate: $50 - $53/hr
We have an immediate need for a Salesforce Business Analyst in Cupertino, CA 95014. This is an onsite contract-to-hire opportunity for a highly skilled Salesforce professional with strong business analysis and platform expertise.
In this role, you will partner closely with worldwide and regional channel business teams to deliver scalable solutions on the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform, specifically supporting Partner Gateway initiatives. You will leverage your deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. The role involves creating and maintaining UAT scripts, executing functional and regression testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. You will also support platform governance, data quality, and compliance initiatives while designing insightful reports and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making across the business.
The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in Salesforce Business Analysis, Salesforce Administration, and Experience Cloud implementations. A valid Salesforce Administrator Certification is required. Hands-on expertise in UAT, regression testing, requirements gathering, reporting, dashboard creation, and stakeholder management is essential. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively across global teams are critical for success in this role.
