Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our delivery team in Columbus, OH. This role will focus on bridging business needs with technical ServiceNow solutions within a public sector environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting ServiceNow implementations while working within a FedRAMP-compliant framework.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and project leadership to ensure successful delivery of scalable and compliant ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to define business needs across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
• Document and analyze "As-Is" and "To-Be" business processes aligned with ServiceNow best practices and CSDM standards
• Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria in Agile/Scrum environments
• Manage and prioritize product backlog in collaboration with project and engagement leads
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script creation and defect tracking
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, demos, and status updates
• Support organizational change management (OCM) efforts including training materials and user documentation
• Ensure all solutions align with FedRAMP security and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow Agile Development
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with public sector (state, local, or federal) clients preferred
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days/week in Columbus, OH
