Job Details

Join a rapidly growing Boston office as a plaintiff-side personal injury attorney with 3-7 years of experience, handling a strong pipeline of active cases from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:
Manage a caseload of personal injury matters through litigation
Draft and argue motions; handle written discovery
Take and defend depositions
Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
Work with experts and prepare cases for trial
Develop litigation strategy and evaluate case value
Maintain direct client communication throughout the lifecycle of the case

What you have:
Active Massachusetts bar license
3-7 years of litigation experience (personal injury strongly preferred)
Experience handling depositions, motion practice, and case management
Ability to independently manage files in a fast-paced environment
Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Trial experience is a plus, but not required
