If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership, this is an opportunity to leave a lasting impact on a growing national healthcare organization.

What You'll Do

Lead and Advance the PMO

  • Develop scalable processes for project intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and portfolio oversight aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Drive consistency and excellence across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models while advancing PMO maturity and adoption.

Oversee Enterprise Technology Portfolio Delivery

  • Lead a diverse portfolio of enterprise initiatives spanning infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, enterprise applications, data, and digital transformation programs.

  • Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize investments based on strategic value, risk, resources, and organizational impact.

  • Monitor project performance, budgets, dependencies, risks, and milestones while providing executive-level visibility through dashboards and steering committee updates.

Drive Financial and Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with IT and Finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and investment management.

  • Improve resource planning, capacity forecasting, and financial transparency across the project portfolio.

  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics that drive accountability, efficiency, and measurable outcomes.

Champion Change and Organizational Effectiveness

  • Promote a culture of operational discipline, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.

  • Partner with stakeholders to drive change management, communication, adoption, and organizational readiness initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery speed, reduce risk, and maximize business value.

Develop High-Performing Teams

  • Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, program managers, business analysts, and PMO professionals.

  • Foster a collaborative, transparent, and results-oriented environment focused on execution and professional growth.

  • Build organizational capabilities that support long-term PMO success.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of progressive IT project and program management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.

  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing PMOs, project portfolios, or technology delivery organizations.

  • Demonstrated success establishing governance, portfolio management, resource planning, and project delivery best practices.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, including infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, ERP, and business applications.

  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting, financial planning, and executive-level reporting.

  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, or similar project management certifications.

  • Experience within healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory services, or other highly regulated industries.

  • Knowledge of ITIL, Agile frameworks, and organizational change management methodologies.

What Success Looks Like

  • Technology initiatives consistently delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Improved portfolio visibility, governance, forecasting, and resource utilization.
  • Reduced delivery risk and increased stakeholder confidence.
  • Strong executive partnership and high satisfaction across business and technology teams.
  • Continued advancement of PMO maturity and measurable business value from technology investments.
