Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Development Lead with strong full-stack expertise and hands-on experience in the Generative AI ecosystem. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-powered applications in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of full-stack applications using Vue.js, Node.js, and Python
Design and integrate Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based applications
Build and optimize scalable REST/GraphQL APIs for AI-driven services
Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure system reliability using DevOps best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of hands-on experience in software development
Strong full-stack development experience: Vue.js, Node.js, Python
Proven experience with Generative AI frameworks and LLM integration/fine-tuning
Cloud expertise with AWS services (Lambda, RDS, Fargate, S3)
Experience designing scalable REST and/or GraphQL APIs
Familiarity with data streaming and messaging systems (Kafka preferred)
Strong DevOps experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes
Solid experience with relational databases:
- PostgreSQL
- MySQL / Amazon RDS (Aurora)
- Oracle or SQL Server
