Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of combined project management and business analysis experience in a technology-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, detailed requirements documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, technical specs)
- Hands-on experience working directly with engineering to refine requirements and resolve implementation questions
- Strong experience working with business users and stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements
- Proficiency with project tracking and issue management tools (Radar, Jira, or equivalent)
- Experience with task management platforms (Wrike, Asana, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate independently while staying aligned with cross-functional partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), workflows, or platforms.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or enterprise training platforms
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or equivalent certification
- Experience working within Apple or a similar large enterprise environment
