Location: Charlotte, NC | New Jersey | Fort Mill, SC (Onsite/Hybrid as per role)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We have multiple openings (3 positions) for experienced Performance Engineering professionals across different client locations. Candidates must have strong expertise in JMeter-based performance testing and hands-on experience in enterprise environments.

2️⃣ Performance Test Engineer – JMeter
📍 Fort Mill, SC – Onsite
🕒 Experience: 10+ Years
3️⃣ Performance Test Engineer – JMeter
📍 Charlotte, NC – Day 1 Onsite / Hybrid
🕒 Experience: 8–10 Years
🔹 Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience with JMeter
Performance testing of Web, API, and Distributed systems
Test scripting, execution, monitoring, and performance analysis
Experience in performance tuning & bottleneck identification
Knowledge of application architecture & system behavior under load
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
🔹 Additional Skills (Role Specific – Lead Position)
Experience in Chaos Engineering
Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts
Ability to lead performance strategy & architecture discussions
Experience handling large-scale enterprise performance programs
🔹 Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter
Analyze test results and provide detailed performance reports
Identify system bottlenecks and work with development teams for optimization
Support capacity planning and scalability testing
Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and development teams
Participate in performance strategy discussions (Lead role)
