Detailed Job Description  

•  Provide technical guidance in defining system-level and enterprise-level requirements for Delivery & Retail Technologies (DRT).
•  Design and develop technology solutions and architectures for Delivery and Retail domains.
•  Gather and analyze technical requirements from system owners to ensure seamless integration across multiple platforms.
•  Develop technology designs and provide ongoing technical support throughout the software development lifecycle.
•  Lead technical review sessions and oversee testing, certification, and deployment activities.
•  Develop enterprise-level technology and process architectures using industry best practices.
•  Identify opportunities to optimize technology solutions and reduce  total cost of ownership (TCO).
•  Perform independent business and technical analysis of task orders, including software development tasks assigned to external suppliers.
•  Review and validate supplier technical proposals, deliverables, and project estimates.
•  Develop Level of Effort (LOE) and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates.
•  Evaluate proposed project schedules, resource requirements, and costs to ensure alignment with technical and business objectives.
