Overview

  • Our client is seeking Six(6) Jr Business Analysts to join their team and assist in the daily analysis of customer accounts for dispute resolution. This role is a vital liaison between business needs and IT solutions, gathering and interpreting data to provide actionable insights. The Jr Business Analyst will work under the guidance of a senior analyst and will be involved in various project lifecycle activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including use cases, process flow diagrams, and user stories.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that can drive business decisions.
  • Assist in creating data models and defining data requirements for reporting.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and propose solutions for improvement.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Assist project managers with creating project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Aid in the development of user documentation, training materials, and guides.
  • Provide support to end users during and after implementation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-5 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Adaptability and a willingness to work in a dynamic environment
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
