Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design and implement scalable solutions, workflows, dashboards, and data models within Gainsight NXT and CRM platforms.
- Develop and maintain integrations across Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, Databricks, SnapLogic, and middleware technologies.
- Build data pipelines and transformations supporting customer health scoring, lifecycle management, and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and Agile teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing enterprise solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of enterprise software development experience in SaaS, integration, data engineering, and cloud-based platforms.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
Gainsight NXT, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, SnapLogic, SQL, Python, REST APIs
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Customer Success Management, Data Governance, Agile/Scrum, Predictive Analytics, Workflow Automation, Stakeholder Collaboration
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
|
|
Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
|
|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience configuring Gainsight NXT in enterprise environments.
- Experience with event-driven architectures, microservices, and distributed data systems.
- Interest or experience in AI/ML solutions for customer success and enterprise workflow automation.
