Summary

Job Title: ERP Specialist/NetSuite

Duration: 6 months contract possibility to extend

Location: (Hybrid) Woodbury, MN

Job Description:

ERP Specialist to support the stabilization and optimization with recently implemented NetSuite ERP system.
This role will help drive day-to-day ERP operations, vendor coordination, procurement workflows, and system optimization while supporting the internal team during a period of transition.
Requirements:
2 5 years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
Experience supporting procurement workflows, purchase orders, invoicing, and vendor coordination.
Strong understanding of item setup, product assemblies, and inventory components within ERP environments.
Ability to work independently while navigating ambiguous or evolving processes.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience supporting NetSuite migrations or ERP implementations.
Exposure to LogicBroker or ERP integrations.
Experience with warehouse, inventory, or assembly-based product environments.
Familiarity with kit assembly or component-based product structures.
Prefer collaboration skills across technical and operational teams, excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking

The projected hourly range for this position is $40-47/hr.
