Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Support Manager - Hybrid for a 12+ month contract to hire opportunity with a Global Financial Institution located in Dallas, TX, Chandler, AZ, or Charlotte, NC. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days on-site per week. This position is part of the Business Operations Management group, providing multi-disciplinary support for Wealth Management Operations. Within the Workforce Enablement team, this role will drive projects and process improvements primarily for Procedure Management, serving as a strategic lead for the function.
Responsibilities: - Manage wholistic project plans for initiatives driven by business change and process improvement
- Troubleshoot problems with multiple content delivery tools and effectively partner with technology teams to create a resolution
- Monitor report delivery and analyze reporting for trends
- Coach technical writers
Requirements: - Must be able to work on a W2 basis without sponsorship now or in the future
- Project Management skills to drive processes and meet deliverables/deadlines
- Experience with Policies, Procedures and Guidelines Management
- Technical writing skills with the ability to edit, provide guidance, and establish patterns for others to follow
- Process Management experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- Production Support experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with coaching and planning
- Consulting experience
Pay range: $46.16 - $54.16 per hour
