Job Title: Senior PMP Project Manager (SaaS Implementation)
Location: Harrisburg, PA (Local candidates only 2 days/week onsite required)
Duration: Long-term Contract
Certification Requirement: Active PMP (minimum 5 years), preferably through Project Management Institute

Position Overview

The Client is seeking a Senior PMP-certified Project Manager to lead the transition of an on-premise, in-house EMS registry system to an ImageTrend SaaS platform for the PA Department of Health, Bureau of EMS.

The PM will be fully accountable for delivering the project from initiation through implementation, ensuring the project is completed:

• On schedule

• Within budget

• Meeting business and technical requirements

• Following PMI methodologies

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Governance

• Lead full lifecycle (initiation planning execution monitoring closure) per PMI standards

• Develop and manage detailed Project Management Plan

• Drive execution of approved Statement of Work (SOW)

• Ensure vendor accountability (SLA enforcement)

• Manage 8 12 month delivery cycle

SaaS Migration Oversight

• Oversee migration from legacy EMS system to ImageTrend SaaS

• Ensure accurate and complete data migration

• Coordinate testing, validation, and cutover activities

• Facilitate vendor + IT + business collaboration

Risk & Change Management

• Maintain and manage RAID+ Log

• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks

• Enforce formal change management processes

• Monitor scope, budget, and timeline deviations

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as primary point of contact

• Provide executive-level reporting

• Drive decision-making with leadership

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration (Applications, DW, Security, Networking, etc.)

Compliance & Reporting

• Follow HHS DC IT PMO methodology

• Weekly Daptiv updates

• Maintain SharePoint documentation site

• Complete PeopleFluent/VectorVMS time reporting

• Deliver status presentations to leadership
