Contact center technology team. Migrating contact center software from on prem to the cloud infrastructure, impacting 30,000 users in the bank. This person will develop on top of that. Some systems have limitations, this person will be building middleware to fill in the gaps. Doing integrations and building software to bring value to the organization, fill in product gaps.

Right now integrating Workday and Verint. This is the Workforce pillar in the group. Recording, performance management, quality management fall under this team too. Do engineering design, develop, deploy, make sure product meets business requirements, code is good quality, will be using mostly Java with Spring Boot and React. Will have UI's to maintain in the long run to help offload 3rd party vendors. 65% backend, 35% front but could move more towards a balance. Good developer who has worked on modern technologies and Java. Contact Center Technology Development will definitely help.

AI is helping developers to learn new technology, but this person needs to be capable of understanding the development process and how to strategize and design. Should be capable of asking the right questions and solve problems.

Arizona candidates should understand that that there are early morning calls scheduled to East Coast hours that they'd have to log into early.

JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will:
Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors
Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
Experience with JAVA , Spring Boot , React , Microservices , cloud , Kafka , OCP and other modern stack as a developer

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
