RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager - Payment Partners.
Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced, creative, results-oriented marketing contractor to support Partner Marketing efforts with, through, and to payment method partners. This contractor role will support the pillar lead for payment method partners, who works to scale the program and market with, to, and through this partner type, and defines the marketing GTM strategy with specific partners, including but not limited to Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, Zip, and others.
You will assist in executing co-marketing campaigns and programs to drive customer acquisition and adoption of payment methods at scale, and ultimately help partners grow their business with and on the platform.
Duties/Day-to-Day Overview:
* Build joint messaging, produce co-marketing assets, and manage email campaigns with and for payment method partners at scale
* Execute co-marketing plans and activities to drive adoption and awareness of payment method partners
* Deliver on benefits to partners in the partner program (e.g., promotional spots in the Dashboard, email features, case studies)
* Support the partner experience at events such as Sessions and Tour
* Administer and optimize partner marketing funds
* Align and work with Regional Partner Marketers on extending and landing global strategies and priorities in local regions
* Collaborate closely with regional and product marketing to ensure partners are represented in local GTM initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience; A mix of partner marketing and product marketing experience is ideal
* Experience working closely with technology partners and/or financial partners, building joint marketing plans and executing programs and campaigns that drive new customer acquisition and pipeline generation
* Experience working with global functions based in different regions
* Proven ability to influence and guide partner marketing leadership teams to align on objectives and deliver against joint marketing priorities and plans
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
* Experience working with partners based in different regions
* Experience shaping joint messaging with partners
* Experience shaping marketing program strategies for partners
* Demonstrated experience measuring and improving ROI of marketing investments through an indirect business model leveraging partners
* Deep understanding of the user journey through and with a partner channel, including funnel, sales cycle, and product lifecycle requirements
* Superb organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
