Pay Range:$45.27-$64.67 Per Hr

Job Description:
Join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC, as a contract Salesforce Developer specializing in integration technologies.
This role involves developing, testing, and maintaining applications to support business functions.
You will work on complex projects, often guiding less experienced team members. Expertise in integration technologies is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the onsite team to determine requirements and customize technology solutions.
Maintain and support existing software systems by identifying and correcting defects.
Document application specifics and create technical specifications and test plans.
Provide on-call support during application releases.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and ensure project deliverables.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master s degree in IT/CS or related field.
6-10 years of experience in platform development and integration technologies.
Experience with at least 3 to 4 integrations and significant customizations for large enterprises.
Proven experience in supporting production releases and resolving issues.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
