Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Tableau & Snowflake Developer to support enterprise-level analytics and data engineering initiatives within a fast-paced capital markets environment.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Tableau dashboard development, Snowflake data warehousing, SQL optimization, financial data modeling, and large-scale reporting solutions. This role requires a hands-on senior consultant who can work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and leadership to deliver high-performance analytical solutions.

Candidates must have strong experience in capital markets / financial services environments and should be comfortable working onsite five days a week.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of overall BI / Data Analytics / Data Engineering experience
7+ years of hands-on Tableau Development
5+ years of strong Snowflake development and administration experience
Expert-level SQL development and performance tuning
Strong experience designing enterprise reporting and analytics solutions
Experience building complex dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting
Strong understanding of dimensional data modeling
Experience with ETL / ELT pipelines
Strong data visualization best practices
Experience working directly with business users and senior stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
