Summary

Our Client is seeking a highly skilled IBM Sterling B2Bi Integration Analyst to design, develop, and support API integrations between Magento (B2C front-end) and SAP AFS (backend order processing). This role focuses on API-based integrations (REST/JSON) and data transformation within IBM Sterling B2Bi (Sterling Integrator) to enable seamless, real-time data exchange across systems supporting the end-to-end order lifecycle.
The consultant will play a key role in ensuring stable, scalable, and efficient integration flows between eCommerce and ERP platforms.
Key Responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and maintain API integrations (REST/JSON) between Magento and SAP AFS using IBM Sterling B2Bi.
Perform data mapping, transformation, and orchestration within Sterling Integrator.
Enable end-to-end integration flows for products, pricing, orders, inventory, shipments, invoices and customer data.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across Magento, SAP AFS, and B2Bi platforms.
Configure and support connectivity using HTTP/HTTPS, APIs, and SFTP.
Execute and support system integration and end-to-end testing.
Collaborate with eCommerce, SAP, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Document integration designs, mappings, APIs, and operational procedures.
Support ongoing enhancements, production issues, and system stabilization.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2Bi (Sterling Integrator).
Strong experience with API integrations (REST, JSON) within B2Bi environments.
Proven experience integrating Magento (Adobe Commerce) with backend ERP systems.
Experience working with SAP AFS (or SAP ECC) from an integration perspective.
Strong expertise in data mapping, transformation, and business process orchestration in Sterling B2Bi.
Experience troubleshooting complex integrations across multiple systems.
Solid understanding of API frameworks, HTTP/HTTPS protocols, and integration patterns.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience with Magento order-to-cash integration flows with SAP (Preferred)
Background in retail, apparel, or eCommerce environments (Preferred)
Exposure to warehouses or fulfillment system integrations (Preferred)
Strong API-first integration mindset
Deep expertise in B2Bi mapping and orchestration

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $49.78 - $72.42/hr.
