About the Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer with 10 12 years of expertise in Oracle database development. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in writing complex queries, stored procedures, indexes, and packages. This role requires excellent communication skills, as the developer will interact directly with business partners and end clients to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL code, including complex queries, stored procedures, functions, indexes, and packages.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
Collaborate closely with end clients and business partners to gather requirements, clarify functionality, and present solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve database-related issues for performance and reliability.
Ensure best practices in database design, coding standards, and optimization techniques.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate database solutions with applications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10 12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
Strong expertise in writing complex Oracle queries, stored procedures, functions, indexes, and packages.
Proficient in database performance tuning and optimization.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to interact effectively with end clients and business stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: 70$-73$ per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
