Join our team in a remote, contract position focusing on ADA compliance.
This role involves reviewing accommodation requests, validating fulfillment, and ensuring timely completion of actions.
Ideal candidates should possess experience in testing and trend analysis, with strong skills in reporting and metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Review customer accommodation requests for ADA compliance.
Validate that associates have fulfilled customer needs.
Ensure actions are completed within required timeframes.
Conduct casework and control validation.
Prepare and analyze reports and metrics.

Qualifications
Experience in testing and trend analysis.
Proficiency in creating reports and metrics.
Comfortable using pivot tables, graphs, and spreadsheet formulas.
Experience with data analysis and validation.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
