We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Program Manager with strong expertise in SAFe implementations and Agile delivery frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale healthcare technology programs, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful execution of initiatives aligned with business objectives.

< style="line-height: 15.0pt; background: white;">Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end program management for healthcare initiatives across multiple Agile teams.
Drive and support SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) implementation across the organization.
Coordinate Program Increment (PI) planning, roadmap alignment, and execution tracking.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards (HIPAA, etc.).
Track KPIs, program metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide executive-level reporting and program updates.

10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Program Management.
Strong experience in Healthcare domain (payer/provider/healthtech).
Hands-on experience with SAFe implementation (SAFe certification preferred).
Strong Agile/Scrum methodology expertise.
Experience managing multiple distributed Agile teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

< style="line-height: 15.0pt; background: white;">Preferred Qualifications:

SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or PMP certification.
Experience with healthcare systems, EMR/EHR integrations, claims, or population health platforms.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
