A growing and highly regarded real estate law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Assessment Recovery practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking for long-term career growth, hands-on litigation experience, and meaningful client interaction in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

This position focuses on representing community associations and related entities in matters involving assessment recovery, money judgments, bankruptcy proceedings, judgment execution, foreclosure actions, and other real property-related issues. The ideal candidate enjoys client contact, public speaking, and managing a diverse caseload.

Job Details

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

Admission to practice law in Ohio

2-5 years of litigation experience in HOA Collections and Recovery

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a substantial caseload

Demonstrated dedication, professionalism, and strong work ethic

Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and legal case management software

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
