Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Application Services, this position will play a key role in designing, planning, selecting, implementing, enhancing, and developing technology solutions and operational support models across several functional areas and systems governed by the client. The Associate Director will assist in the development of strategy, processes, skills, and operational practices to support continuous improvements in the core business activities and business alignment to effectively translate business strategy and objectives into technological capability. The Associate Director of Business Applications will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of business applications and software solutions that support the organization''s operations, productivity, and strategic goals. This role plays a crucial part in driving technological innovation, efficiency, and business process optimization.
