Job Description
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in deep linking, mobile attribution, audience data engineering, advertising platform integrations, and experimentation and a proven ability to build and maintain technical infrastructure that enables scalable acquisition and retention campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain deep links for paid campaigns, influencer attribution, referrals, and off-platform channels with targeted routing solutions.
- Construct custom audience data tables from cross-app behavioral metrics and integrate with advertising platform infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking mechanisms within onboarding flows to support real-time optimization.
- Support targeted email initiatives by mapping behavioral signals into defined audience parameters.
- Execute end-to-end growth and promotional experimentation in collaboration with marketing and engineering stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep linking and mobile attribution across web and mobile applications.
- SQL proficiency and data pipeline experience for audience segmentation from complex datasets.
- Advertising platform integration, including conversion pixels, custom audiences, and campaign tracking architectures.
- Backend or full-stack engineering with Python and one or more of Hack/PHP, Java, or JavaScript.
- A/B testing and experimentation frameworks with design, execution, and evaluation experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting large-scale consumer marketing programs.
- Collaboration with cross-functional marketing and engineering teams in campaign-driven environments.
