Summary
This position supports Company’s Subscriptions consumer marketing initiatives by developing and maintaining the technical infrastructure for acquisition and retention campaigns. The role is project-based and campaign-driven, requiring collaboration with marketing leads and engineering stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain deep links for paid campaigns, influencer attribution, referrals, and off-platform channels.
Construct custom audience data tables from cross-app user behavioral metrics and integrate with advertising platform infrastructure.
Implement and maintain conversion tracking mechanisms within user onboarding flows.
Support targeted marketing email initiatives by mapping user behavioral signals into defined audience parameters.
Execute end-to-end growth and promotional experimentation.

Qualifications

Expertise in developing and managing campaign links across web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in constructing audience segmentation tables from complex behavioral datasets using SQL and data pipelines.
Proficiency with conversion pixels, custom audience integrations, and campaign tracking architectures.
Demonstrated skill in Python alongside Hack/PHP, Java, or JavaScript.
Experience in designing, executing, and evaluating growth experiments.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $93.00 - $95.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. Sick leave and mobile phone reimbursement provided based on state or local law.
