As a Tableau Developer, you will be responsible for creating high-impact dashboards and supporting a large user community. You will work closely with the team to extract and prepare data from various sources to develop insightful visualizations and reports.

Responsibilities:

Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
Create data visualizations that provide valuable insights to drive business decisions.
Optimize Tableau performance and manage the Tableau environment.
Support and train users on Tableau best practices and functionality.
Work with data engineers to ensure data quality and accuracy.
Stay current with Tableau updates and new features to enhance reporting capabilities.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

Experience: 6-8+ years of experience working with Tableau, with a proven track record of creating high-impact dashboards as an individual contributor. Experience in managing a Tableau environment and supporting a large user community is essential.
Tableau: Mastery of Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
SQL: Strong SQL skills for data extraction and preparation.
Data Warehousing: Understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience working with various data sources.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other business intelligence tools.
Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
