Description Data Analyst ILocation: Hybrid, 4 days onsite / 1 day remote Duration: Contract with potential for full-time conversionThis entry-level Data Analyst opportunity is ideal for a highly curious, analytical, and proactive problem solver who enjoys identifying trends, investigating issues, improving processes, and driving operational efficiency. The role focuses on root cause analysis, process optimization, and collaborating with business partners to create sustainable operational improvements.
Responsibilities:- Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement across operational workflows
- Investigate root causes of issues and implement sustainable corrective actions
- Analyze data from daily reports, closed tickets, and workflow activities to improve operational efficiency
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex or unfamiliar issues
- Document findings, recommendations, process updates, and operational changes
- Partner with stakeholders to streamline processes and eliminate unnecessary work
- Monitor workflow performance and recommend enhancements to improve business outcomes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis and problem-solving
Requirements - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process improvement and/or operational support activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to identify patterns, trends, and operational inefficiencies
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and follow-through in resolving issues
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous situations
- Self-motivated, curious, adaptable, and proactive mindset
Preferred Qualifications:- SQL experience
- French language fluency
- Experience supporting operational efficiency or continuous improvement initiatives
