Important Note: This is a time sensitive role that has a tight timeline. Candidate can choose to work full time (or part-time, 20 hrs/week) until the work is completed. If they work 40 hrs /week then the work could finish sooner and the engagement may end sooner. At this time it is slated to go to 6/30/26 )
*We have 2 Data Analyst roles though they have slightly different responsibilities. Candidate could potentially be able to do both roles by opting 20 hrs/Week.
Overview:
This engagement aims to transform a large Excel extract of potential duplicate patient encounters into a structured, interactive Power BI dashboard that supports data quality improvement and operational cleanup. The consultant will work with HIM, data governance, and clinical operations teams to define the criteria and visualizations needed to surface duplicate patterns, encounter clusters, and high risk records. The dashboard will help teams quickly identify duplicates, understand root causes, and prioritize remediation efforts. The resource may also be engaged in other Power BI work.
