Project / Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Project/Program Manager II in Arlington, VA.

Essential Functions:
* Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program
* Oversees all aspects of projects
* Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program
* Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program
* Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
* Performs a variety of tasks
* Leads and directs the work of others
* A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
* Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department

REQUIREMENTS:
* May require a Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area
* Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures

Top 3 Must Have Hard Skills (Top 3 ranked in importance):
* Tooling expertise - Airtable
* Communication skills
* Data analysis at high level

Nice to haves (Top 3 ranked in importance):
* Large scale program experience >100,000 people
* Content experience
* Knowledge of analytics dashboard

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
