Key Responsibilities
Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering
Design, develop, and maintain Terraform modules and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
Build and manage cloud infrastructure across multi-account and multi-region AWS environments.
Execute and troubleshoot Terraform deployments through Terraform Enterprise (TFE) workspaces.
Support networking, compute, database, and containerized infrastructure platforms.
DevOps & Platform Engineering
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Spinnaker, and related automation tools.
Implement deployment automation, release processes, and infrastructure governance standards.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, Kubernetes, policy, and deployment-related issues.
Support containerized workloads running on Kubernetes platforms.
Software Development
Develop and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot), Go, Python, or similar technologies.
Build and enhance front-end applications using React, Next.js, or modern JavaScript frameworks.
Deliver end-to-end features spanning UI, APIs, and infrastructure components.
AI-Augmented Engineering
Utilize AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar solutions.
Review, validate, improve, and deploy AI-generated code and infrastructure artifacts.
Participate in AI-assisted specification-driven development workflows.
Required Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
3–6 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Strong Terraform experience including module development and Infrastructure as Code.
Production experience with AWS services in multi-account and multi-region environments.
Experience with Kubernetes platforms such as EKS, AKS, GKE, or OpenShift.
Strong CI/CD pipeline development and automation experience.
Proficiency in at least one programming language:
Java (Spring Boot)
Go
Python
TypeScript/JavaScript
Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React.
Strong scripting skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go.
Hands-on experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools in daily engineering workflows.
Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and take ownership of deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
Terraform Enterprise (TFE) and private module registry experience.
Experience with Spinnaker deployments and pipeline management.
On-premises Kubernetes platform experience.
Strong Go development experience.
Java Spring Boot expertise.
Experience with AI engineering frameworks and agentic workflows (LangChain, MCP, RAG, custom AI tooling).
Active GitHub or Open Source contributions within the last 12 months.
Experience with enterprise identity and access management platforms.
Identity & Security Experience (Preferred)
Experience with any of the following:
ForgeRock / Ping Identity
Okta, Auth0, Keycloak, Ping Federate, ADFS
OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0
Session management platforms such as Redis or CockroachDB
