Job Title: Operations/Functional Analyst - Remote / Telecommute

Job Location: Baltimore, MD

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $27.88hr - $31.88hr

Responsibilities:

Research and improve operational processes by analyzing system issues, identifying root causes, and recommending solutions.
Gather facts, analyze problems, and facilitate resolution of operational challenges.
Provide operational support by delivering system-related information, answering user queries, and conducting training.
Contribute to process improvements and organizational success by supporting new and ongoing initiatives.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documentation.
Assist team members in achieving operational goals and deliverables.
Develop testing methods to validate system functionality.
Conduct and document testing activities to ensure system accuracy and performance.
Enhance job knowledge by attending training sessions and reviewing technical materials.

Education:

Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational role (Level 2 or above).
Additional 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.

Required Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar tools.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
