Role Overview

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern React technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver responsive, secure, and user-friendly digital experiences.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, code quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives within agile product engineering environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable React-based web applications and reusable UI components.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and backend developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architectural decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring application stability.
• Implement best practices for security, accessibility, and code quality.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and support automated testing initiatives.
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering excellence within the team.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in front-end web application development.
• Strong proficiency in:
• JavaScript (ES6+)
• TypeScript
• HTML5
• CSS3
• Hands-on expertise with:
• React.js
• React Hooks
• Context API
• Component-based architecture
• Experience with state management solutions such as:
• Redux
• Zustand
• Similar state management libraries
• Strong understanding of:
• RESTful APIs
• Frontend-backend integration
• Asynchronous programming
• Experience developing responsive and cross-browser compatible user interfaces.
• Familiarity with modern frontend build and development tools:
• Webpack
• Vite
• Babel
• npm/yarn
• Working knowledge of:

• Ability to write clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code.
