Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Collaborate with team members to ensure reliable operation of systems and software
Support a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
Acquisition & Deployment
Assist with software releases and rollouts
Perform software updates, improvements, and deployments
Forecast time and effort required for assigned tasks
Operational Management
Complete all assigned tasks with attention to quality and customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
Provide guidance to junior team members as needed
Work cross-functionally with IT and business teams to resolve issues
Communicate effectively with users to understand and resolve technical problems
Provide status updates on projects and unforeseen issues
Follow established security, compliance, and operational policies
Utilize diagnostic tools, knowledge bases, and documentation to resolve issues
Identify new tools, techniques, and best practices that improve support services
Test and verify fixes before deployment
Support administrative tasks as assigned
Key Functions
Tier 1-2 technical support
User account creation and access provisioning
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Resetting passwords and managing accounts in Active Directory
Supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Outlook
Laptop reimaging, device setup, and mobile device support
Managing incidents and service requests in a ticketing system

This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
