Description

• Collaborate with traders, sales, operations, and technology teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories and drive delivery within an Agile framework.
• Ensure alignment of solutions with strategic trading and operational objectives.
• Utilize pricing and valuation platforms for effective trade lifecycle management.
• Integrate market data and manage front-office booking systems.
• Maintain strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements for trading operations.

Qualifications

• 10 years of Business Analysis experience within Capital Markets.
• Deep knowledge of FICC products and trade lifecycle processes.
• Experience with trading platforms and valuation tools.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
