Title : Contact Center Data & AI Engineer III - W2 Only

Location : Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

Rate : $50/Hr On W2

Relevant Experience : 4+

Job Description:

Primary Skillset: CCaaS Migration, Conversational AI / IVA, Google Cloud Platform, Java/Python, Kafka, AI/ML, APIs & Microservices

Design and implement CCaaS and IVA solutions.
Build conversational AI and IVR solutions leveraging NLU/NLP and speech technologies.
Develop resilient cloud infrastructure on major cloud platforms.
Implement and optimize CCaaS capabilities and customer engagement workflows.
Support contact center modernization and migration initiatives.
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and datasets for CCaaS data platforms.
Integrate AI/ML solutions including XGBoost, SARIMA, Prophet, TensorFlow, and prompt engineering frameworks.
Support model lifecycle activities including evaluation, tuning, governance, monitoring, and explainability.
Participate in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and observability practices.
Work with Kafka, relational databases, and NoSQL technologies.
Apply software engineering principles involving data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
