We are seeking a Service Management professional for a role in Cybersecurity Technology. The selected individual will be part of a team of professionals aligned across the service management organization, ensuring adherence to Service Management Cybersecurity policies and procedures. This role requires the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and possesses senior incident, change, and problem management skills with effective communication abilities across all organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Systems Operations Engineering.
- Contribute to large-scale planning related to Systems Operations Engineering deliverables.
- Review and analyze complex Systems Operations Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of issues and consult with others to meet deliverables while understanding function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
* Manage and develop business functional areas with a focus on implementing long-term strategies, policies, and process advancements. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development to ensure operational excellence. * Ensure adherence to ECM and Cybersecurity change procedures and other applicable enterprise policies. * Implement and facilitate measurement, reporting, and portfolio management routines.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- 4+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education. An alternate requirement is 8+ years of Service Management experience.
Technical Skills:- ServiceNow
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications
- SharePoint
- ITIL principles

- Presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Services.
- A BS/BA degree or higher.
- Prior experience designing and operationalizing ITIL methodologies and reporting analytics.
- Strong understanding of agile and product management methodologies.
Compensation
The pay rate for this position is between $45.00 and $48.00 per hour.
