This is a hybrid position primarily working remotely with periodic onsite requirements.

• Onsite: Tuesday Thursday

• Through July: 2 weeks per month onsite

• After August 2026: 1 week per month onsite

Position Summary

A leading organization in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Analytics & Reporting Analyst to perform moderate to complex analysis supporting HR and Payroll operations. This role focuses on analyzing system data, monitoring operational performance, and providing actionable insights through reporting and dashboards.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle HCM analytics and reporting tools and the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven insights and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform moderate to complex data analysis to support HR and Payroll functions.

• Monitor system resources and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and performance.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting metrics for HCM processes.

• Design and generate reports using Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).

• Utilize Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) to analyze trends and present meaningful insights to stakeholders.

• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to optimize departmental performance.

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather reporting requirements and implement analytical solutions.

• Present historical data trends and insights to leadership to support strategic planning and operational decisions.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational data standards.

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HCM Analytics, KPIs, and dashboard development.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI.

• Experience working with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).

• Ability to perform moderate to complex data analysis and communicate findings effectively.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits).

• Experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader).

• In-depth knowledge of HR and Payroll business processes.

• Experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
