Job Summary

We are looking for a Gen AI professional with strong hands-on experience in building and implementing Generative AI solutions. The role requires practical expertise in prompt engineering, connecting Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and Model Context Protocol (MCP). The candidate will be directly involved in development, integration, and production support of Gen AI-based solutions.

Must-Have Technical / Functional Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI
  • Strong expertise in Prompt Engineering for LLMs
  • Experience in connecting and integrating LLMs using APIs or SDKs
  • Practical experience with Agentic AI (autonomous agents, task orchestration, tool usage)
  • Knowledge and implementation experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
  • Ability to build, test, and deploy Gen AI-based solutions or POCs
  • Experience handling real-world data and contextual grounding for LLM responses


Roles & Responsibilities
  • Design and implement effective prompts for various Gen AI use cases
  • Integrate and manage LLMs within applications and workflows
  • Develop and maintain Agentic AI systems for task execution and decision-making
  • Implement and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) to ensure proper context handling
  • Build and execute proofs of concept (POCs) and production-ready Gen AI solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Gen AI integrations and dependencies
  • Participate in production support calls during critical issues and outages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth Gen AI solution delivery


Generic Managerial Skills
  • No formal managerial responsibilities required
  • Must be capable of:
    • Managing and leading production calls
    • Coordinating with dependent teams during critical incidents
    • Providing technical guidance and hand-holding when required
