Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled
Python/AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in API development, AI workflows, and modern Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have practical experience building AI-enabled applications, working with LLMs, and implementing prompt engineering and RAG-based architectures.
This role involves designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining AI models and workflows in production environments while staying current with advancements in the Generative AI ecosystem.
Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills - Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Proven experience building APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
- Experience in data processing and AI-enabled workflows using Python.
- Working knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, and Agentic AI.
- Basic understanding of Hybrid Prompting techniques.
- Experience with Generative AI tools such as LangChain, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex, etc.
Good to Have Skills - Experience working with Gemini LLM.
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Knowledge of model deployment and containerization (Docker).
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Awareness of AI compliance, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.
Roles & Responsibilities - Develop and optimize AI workflows and automation pipelines.
- Perform prompt engineering, evaluation, and improvements.
- Deploy, manage, and maintain AI/ML models across environments, including Production.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and prepare documentation.
- Continuously research and learn emerging technologies in Generative AI and LLMs.
