Position: Salesforce Team Lead

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce Integration, Omni Channel Contact Center solutions, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role involves leading a team of 6 members from USI and driving end-to-end solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 6 professionals, ensuring successful project delivery
Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems
Drive Omni Channel Contact Center solutions within Salesforce
Work on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) implementations and optimizations
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions
Ensure best practices, governance, and high-quality delivery
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in Salesforce Integration (APIs, middleware, etc.)
Strong experience in Omni Channel Contact Center solutions
Solid experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Proven leadership experience managing small to mid-sized teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
