Role: Mobile Subscription Process Optimization Contractor

Role Summary
Client needs a contractor to understand, optimize and automate the end-to-end processes behind technology platform fees and mobile credential transactions across Tech Giants and future ecosystem providers.
The role connects data and processes across Origo ( cloud platform for mobile credential activity data), Oracle, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and related business systems. The goals are better reporting, reconciliations, controls, scalability and automation, including revenue and cost of goods sold recognition under IFRS and US GAAP.
The ideal candidate combines process optimization expertise with hands-on use of AI-enabled tools to automate business processes. They must build solutions that teams can maintain after the engagement ends. The work is independent, with heavy cross-functional collaboration and regular in-office presence for workshops, process discovery and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Process Analysis and Optimization
Document current-state workflows and design future-state processes for mobile subscriptions, technology platform fees, reporting, reconciliations, refunds, settlements, revenue recognition and COGS recognition
Identify inefficiencies, control gaps, manual activities, data-quality issues and automation opportunities
Define requirements and develop future-state process maps, recommendations and implementation roadmaps
Platform Fee Management
Analyze end-to-end processes for Tech Giants and future technology platforms
Cover provider billing, customer transactions, multi-entity activity, intercompany allocations, balance sheet reconciliations, refunds, settlements, revenue recognition and COGS recognition
Data, Systems and Reporting
Assess data quality, ownership, timing and system requirements across Origo, Oracle, OAC, provider data and reporting sources
Connect and improve data and process flows across HID platforms and related business systems
Partner with IT, Reporting, Finance and Operations to improve data flow and reporting accuracy
Develop scalable reporting, reconciliation, exception-management, control and automation solutions
AI-Enabled Process Automation
Evaluate practical AI use cases for data analysis, reporting, reconciliations, exception management, process documentation and workflow automation
Use AI-enabled tools to speed up analysis, solution design, documentation and workflow automation
Build maintainable solutions with supporting documentation
Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitate workshops and interviews
Present findings, recommendations, business cases and roadmaps
Support implementation, testing, documentation, knowledge transfer and change management
MUST-HAVE SKILLS (Non-Negotiable)
Education and experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations or a related field
5+ years in process optimization, automation, consulting, finance operations or a similar discipline
Demonstrated experience in business process improvement, transformation or process automation
Technical and domain skills
Practical experience using AI-enabled tools to improve business processes and build sustainable automation
Working knowledge of accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, revenue recognition, cost of goods sold recognition and transactional processes
Strong analytical, business analysis, requirements-gathering and process-documentation skills
