Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop AUTOSAR Classic / Adaptive software architectures for automotive ECUs.
  • Define software architecture, components, interfaces, and communication mechanisms.
  • Work with SWC, RTE, BSW, MCAL and AUTOSAR configuration.
  • Define and integrate communication protocols such as CAN, CAN FD, LIN, Ethernet, SOME/IP and UDS.
  • Collaborate with system, hardware, and embedded software teams to define technical solutions.
  • Analyze system and software requirements and convert them into software architecture/design.
  • Perform architecture and design reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.
  • Troubleshoot complex software integration and architecture-related issues.
  • Work with tools such as Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, DaVinci Configurator/Developer and similar AUTOSAR tools.
  • Ensure software architecture follows AUTOSAR, ASPICE and ISO 26262 standards.
  • Support software development, integration, testing, and debugging activities.
  • Lead technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams.
  • Mentor developers and support resolution of complex technical issues.

Required Skills
  • 8 years of experience in automotive embedded software development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AUTOSAR architecture and development.
  • Strong programming experience in Embedded C/C++.
  • Good understanding of AUTOSAR BSW, RTE, MCAL and OS.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive communication protocols: CAN/CAN FD, LIN, Ethernet, SOME/IP, UDS.
  • Experience with ECU software architecture and integration.
  • Experience with Vector tools and AUTOSAR configuration tools.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, requirements, design, integration and testing.
  • Knowledge of ISO 26262 Functional Safety and ASPICE.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AUTOSAR Adaptive Platform.
  • Experience with SOME/IP, DoIP and Ethernet-based architectures.
  • Experience with Cybersecurity / ISO 21434.
  • Experience leading architecture/design teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
