Create and manage OS images using MDT and SCCM.
Manage user devices in SCCM/Intune environments.
Design, implement, and manage SCCM infrastructure for software distribution, OS deployments, and patch management.
Ensure effective integration of Intune with SCCM for endpoint co-management.
Optimize SCCM infrastructure for performance and scalability.
Implement Windows Autopilot for modern device management.
Monitor system performance and health.
Solid understanding of Windows OS internals, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Generate reports on deployment success and system health.
Analyze data to recommend infrastructure enhancements Establish and maintain detailed documentation of SCCM configurations and processes.
Provide support for complex end-user computing solutions.
Develop and deploy scripts for automation and configuration tasks.
